The Deputy Director, Research, Technology and Laboratories in partnership with the Army invites you to the TVEK demonstration in the Pentagon Courtyard. National Defense Science and Engineering Graduate Fellowship Conference
On August 5-8, the first annual National Defense Science and Engineering Graduate (NDSEG) Fellowship Conference took place in San Diego, California. This three and a half-day conference was hosted by the tri-services (Army, Navy, and Air Force) in coordination with the Basic Research Office and featured over 190 current and former DoD NDSEG fellow research presentations in addition to panel discussions, DoD installation tours, and career/exhibit fairs. Dr. JihFen Lei, Deputy Director for Research, Technology, and Laboratories, gave the opening keynote highlighting NDESG’s critical role in preparing the country’s next great generation of scientists and engineers.
